YENSRAI
Nestled within this paradise lies Yensrai, our private island retreat designed for simplicity, comfort, and connection to nature. Two private cabins sit nestled in the forest canopy above our cozy beach. Each cabin offers views of the house reef and surrounding islands. A spacious open-air lounge and dining area form the island’s central gathering place, just steps to the beach below. Gentle walking paths wind through the forest to hidden sitting areas and scenic lookouts. These allow for quiet moments to take in the magic of Raja's beauty. From sunrise over the reef to sunset over distant islets, every angle of Yensrai offers space to slow down and reconnect.
ACTIVITIES
Life on Yensrai flows with the rhythm of the sea. Step off the island’s jetty and into crystal waters alive with vibrant coral and diverse marine life. The bay is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding. For those seeking deeper adventure, world-class diving experiences await just minutes away through our trusted local partners. Explore underwater pinnacles and colorful reefs teeming with life. Between explorations, guests can relax on the beach, meditate in the shade of palms, or simply watch the ever-changing colors of the lagoon. Each day offers a balance of exploration and quiet rest.
SUSTAINABILITY
At Yensrai, sustainability is not an afterthought, it is the foundation of everything we do. Our infrastructure is designed to protect the fragile island ecosystem, with all wastewater carefully removed from the island, treated, and prevented from entering groundwater or the surrounding ocean. We actively collaborate with local partners to support reef preservation and restoration initiatives. Helping to safeguard Raja Ampat’s extraordinary marine heritage, we are actively replanting corals on the house reef. Our operations prioritize minimal environmental impact. We aim to provide meaningful benefits to nearby communities through employment, partnerships, and education. Every part of Yensrai’s design and operation reflects a commitment to keeping the island and its waters healthy for generations to come and of benefit to local communities.

We are currently building the accommodation on Yensrai. Working with our local community to ensure the project is completed in a manner that honors our goals for sustainability and impact, we are looking to have things ready toward the end of 2026.
